Energos introduces its Digital Operations Hub for EV charging, fleet and retail operators
Energos now offers its maintenance software as a Digital Operations Hub for EV charging, fleet and retail operators, combining sensor alerts, automated work orders and uptime reporting across sites.
Energos, a maintenance and asset management software company, announced in October 2026 that its platform is now offered as a Digital Operations Hub for multi site operators in electric vehicle (EV) charging, fleet and retail. The hub brings equipment monitoring, repair dispatch and reporting into one system, with the aim of reducing unplanned downtime at charging stations, fuel and convenience stores, restaurants and other locations where a broken machine directly affects revenue.
From work order tracking to automated repairs
Energos is built on a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), software that organizes maintenance tasks, work orders, asset records and spare parts. According to the company, traditional CMMS tools mainly record work after it has been requested. The Digital Operations Hub is designed to detect problems earlier and start the repair process automatically.
The platform works in three stages, which Energos describes as seeing issues early, fixing them fast and proving the results:
Monitoring. Internet of Things (IoT) sensors track conditions such as temperature, vibration and run time. The system alerts teams when equipment, such as an overheating motor or a vibrating pump, starts behaving abnormally, before it fails.
Dispatch. When an alert is raised, the platform sends a work order to a technician’s phone with the machine’s history, the relevant manual and a checklist. A dispatch feature matches the nearest technician and the required spare parts to the location of the problem.
Reporting. Automated reports show downtime avoided and estimated savings, for use in audits, insurance reviews or management meetings.
The company states that the platform is designed to help operators maintain 99.9% uptime across their sites. More detail on the sensor layer is available on the Energos IoT page.
Platform modules
The Energos platform includes enterprise asset management (EAM), work orders, preventive maintenance scheduling, multi site management, parts inventory, vendor management, checklists and inspections, energy management, meters and automation, AI (artificial intelligence) analytics and a media library. Each asset carries a visual timeline of past repairs, including photos and videos, and technicians can open training videos and recordings of earlier fixes while on site.
Recent updates, listed on the Energos product updates page, include an Offline Mode released in December 2025 that lets technicians update work orders and complete checklists without an internet connection, a Zapier integration for connecting workflows to other business tools, a Procedures module for standard operating procedures and compliance tasks, and an Asset Hierarchy feature for tracking parent and child equipment. The platform interface is also available in Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic, French and Spanish.
Industries served
While the Digital Operations Hub focuses on EV charging, fleet and retail, Energos lists solutions for a wider range of sectors. These include EV charging and charge point operators, mobility and transport, renewable energy, oil and gas, utilities, convenience and fuel retail, restaurants and retail stores, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, agriculture, education, facility management, hospitality and construction.
Availability
Energos offers a free account that requires no credit card, along with paid plans and product demonstrations. Mobile apps are available for iOS and Android, and an API (application programming interface) is available for connecting Energos to other operational systems.
